ACCOUNTING & TAX SPECIALIST (Semarang)

Job Description:

  • Managing daily general ledger / accounting in Accurate accounting system
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Preparing and managing monthly and annual tax reporting, 21, 23, 25, 4(2) and/or VAT
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, implementing best practices check and control in the process to ensure an efficient, accurate payroll process and BPJS process
  • Ensuring all payroll queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring appropriate authorization of overtime sheets, timesheets, payroll payments and changes to payroll data.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times.
  • Keeping up with payroll legislative changes. Ensure compliance with Payroll tax obligations.

Requirements:

  • Brevet A & B
  • Min. 25 years old
  • Required education from Accounting specialization
  • Work experience in Accurate accounting system or other accounting software is preferable
  • Excellent in English skills both verbal and written
  • Creative and pro-active
  • Good attitude, responsible and independent

REGULATORY AFFAIRS OFFICER (Jakarta)

Job Description:

  • Arranging set of administrative and technical documentations for product registration of medical devices, household products, cosmetics, food, food supplement, and Halal Lisence etc.
  • Coordinating with clients and government institutions such as Ministry of Health and Indonesian FDA (BPOM) to ensure the product registration submitted properly, having extensive knowledge about Halal Certificate preparation and process
  • Monitoring product registration process regularly to ensure that various licenses are issued according to timeline
  • Ensuring that a company’s business activities comply with Indonesian regulation and fulfilling all required reporting to the authorities
  • Liaising with clients and custom department for import process to ensure that custom clearance process runs smoothly
  • Reviewing company practices and providing advice on improvement
  • Conducting technical tasks leading to compliance with applicable government regulation, as well as safety, health, and environmental regulations, and corporate policies for existing and new materials, products and technologies.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (Jakarta, Bali)

  • Leading digital marketing department by creating, developing and implementing strategic objectives and plans
  • Working closely with various specialists or freelancers involved (content writers, SEO, PPC, and web development) and providing recommendations related to digital strategies implementation
  • Identifying opportunities for Cekindo to use digital technology to enhance the overall marketing mix: product, price, place, and promotion
  • Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
  • Performing continuous competitor’s website benchmarking as sources for constant inputs for marketing department’s plans and activities
  • Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities including but not limited to content & promotion creation, organic SEO & PPC optimization, marketing activities creation for social media and other marketing platforms
  • Monitoring the performance of digital marketing team by ensuring achievement of monthly new inquiries (main KPI) and other agreed digital marketing metrics
  • Managing and coordinating that all contents produced are aligned with digital marketing strategic objectives and Cekindo’s target markets

Requirements:

  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • 3+ years in digital and/or integrated marketing roles or strategic marketing consulting
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • Experience leading marketing projects and gathering cross-functional content
  • Experience in customer and market research
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Strong technical marketing skills (preferable: including experience in operating HTML, word press, and other tools for web analytics, search engine optimization, etc)
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Skilled and knowledgeable in digital marketing (especially in SEO, PPC, and content creation)
  • Good verbal and writing skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English are a must
  • Computer literate and proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
