Senior Business Development Manager (Jakarta)

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our Consulting team potential, crafting Sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit Sales targets by successfully managing the Consulting team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Consulting representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Consultant team management, education, development, controlling and results reporting
  • Consultative Consulting and account management of company key partners
  • Management of the strategic activities of the department

  • Preparing proposals and quotation related to the client’s project
  • Manage the consultation with the client related to their business plan
  • Consultative sales and account management and maintaining relationship with clients from first contact with client until contract payment confirmation and renewal/new service signing
  • Coordinate running signed projects/contracts in cooperation with other departments
  • Proper filling in company administration tools and systems in order to comply with internal processes
  • Be informed about updates regarding to the government regulation knowledge about projects
  • Actively researching new business opportunities
  • Mentoring of the consultants in probation period
  • Take active role in growth initiatives and services development
  • Be involved in cooperation with external partners

  • Having experience import Permit such as : Importer Identification Number General Category and Produsen (API-U and API-P), Sole Agent Distributor Permit (STP Distributor Tunggal), Special Importer Identification Number (NPIK), Label Permit, IT Electronic Permit, IT {Import Approval} Iron Steel Permit
  • Working with Governments institution, such as : Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Energy Natural Resource and Mineral Coal, BPTSP DKI, PTSP Jakarta South, East, West and North, etc.
  • Representing or managing the representation of, the company in legal proceedings Government Institution (BKPM, Walikota).
  • The licenses relating to the company’s business activities such as : Company Registration Number (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan), SIUP (Surat Izin Usaha Perusahaan), Letter of Domicile (SKDP), Building Permit (IMB), Preparing draft investment report (LKPM) quarterly to be reported to BKPM (if any), Permit registration of foreign investment (Pendaftaran penanaman Modal) from BKPM, Permission Principle Capital Investment (Izin Prinsip Penanaman Modal), Master List, API-P (Angka Pengenal Impor Produsen)
  • Ensuring printed and soft copy document storage is accessible and searchable through

Accounting and Tax Specialist (Jakarta)

Middle Associate

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledger records are updated and accurate and provides timely reporting of all financial information.
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Prepare and manage monthly and annual tax reporting, 21, 23, 25, 4(2) and VAT
  • Timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring there are best practice checks and controls in the process to ensure an efficient, accurate payroll process and BPJS process
  • Ensure all payroll queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure appropriate authorization of overtime sheets, timesheets, payroll payments and changes to payroll data.
  • Ensure there is confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times.
  • Keep up to date with payroll legislative changes.
  • Ensure compliance with Payroll tax obligations.

 
Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have experiences in handling foreign client
  • Brevet A&B Certification is a must

Preferred Skills
