Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming call
  • Handle customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication
  • Assist administrative operational needs
  • Preparing daily reports of customers complaints and follow up
  • Responsible for daily secretarial job
  • Meeting rooms arrangement
  • Report monthly activity to the Sales Manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Min 25 years old
  • Min education is a Diploma from a university, preferable from Secretary, Business, or Marketing major
  • Excellent English skills in verbal and written
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Creative and pro-active
  • Able to work independently and In a team as well
