Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming call
- Handle customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication
- Assist administrative operational needs
- Preparing daily reports of customers complaints and follow up
- Responsible for daily secretarial job
- Meeting rooms arrangement
- Report monthly activity to the Sales Manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Min 25 years old
- Min education is a Diploma from a university, preferable from Secretary, Business, or Marketing major
- Excellent English skills in verbal and written
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Creative and pro-active
- Able to work independently and In a team as well
