In furtherance to the Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, the enactment of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 brings changes to business licensing arrangements, known as OSS-RBA. It is an electronically integrated business licensing system that was launched on 9 August 2021 by the OSS. This risk-based business licensing system is divided into low risk, medium-low risk, medium-high risk, and high risk. Previously, business licenses were submitted through OSS version 1.1.
