Waltz Through OSS – RBA


In furtherance to the Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, the enactment of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 brings changes to business licensing arrangements, known as OSS-RBA. It is an electronically integrated business licensing system that was launched on 9 August 2021 by the OSS. This risk-based business licensing system is divided into low risk, medium-low risk, medium-high risk, and high risk. Previously, business licenses were submitted through OSS version 1.1.

Ease of Doing Business in Indonesia

Despite the pandemic, the results of a World Bank shows that Indonesia is ranked 73 (out of 190 countries surveyed in the world). OSS RBA is intended to increase our EODB to remains competitive in the global market.
