Almost ten years ago, two professionals hailing from Indonesia and the Czech Republic made a plan to realize their shared vision. Passionate in assisting foreign and domestic businesses with market-entry services, they founded Cekindo - a business consulting firm in Indonesia.

Throughout Cekindo’s expansion beginning in Jakarta to Bali, Semarang, and further to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, clients receive assistance from our team of talented consultants during every step of their business expansion journey. This caught the attention of regional leaders in the industry, leading to Cekindo’s acquisition by InCorp Global in 2018

Management Team

Michal Wasserbauer

As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Michal is responsible for strategic business planning. He also oversees wealth management while motivating teams to meet Cekindo’s high-performance expectations.

Michal started his career at Cekindo as a Principal Consultant where his main responsibilities were ensuring operational efficiency and implementing strategies to support business growth. He received his Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Mendel University in the Czech Republic and his Ph.D. from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.

Nurmia Dwi Agustina

Nurmia is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Cekindo. With her rich experience in assisting company expansion abroad, she oversees activities related to market entry strategies, legal incorporation, licenses, and compliance of Indonesian entities.

Starting her career as a Business Consultant at Accenture and later a partner at Czech.Ina Group Ltd, she is well versed in assisting in Indonesian business expansion. Nurmia graduated with an Accounting degree from the University of Padjadjaran in Indonesia and earned her Master of Business Administration in Business Strategy from the International MBA Institute in Switzerland.

Vojtech Zehnalek

Vojtech is designated as Cekindo’s Business Expansion Manager, specializing in providing complex advisory to foreign companies expanding to Indonesia. During his career, he entered the strategic and operations consulting field, working at top-tier consulting firms such as Bain & Company and Accenture.

Vojtech studied Economics and International Trade at the University of Economics in the Czech Republic, earned his Business Degree at the Vlerick Business School in Belgium.

Daris Salam

As the Accounting and Finance Manager, Daris supports the Bookkeeping and Tax Compliance divisions at Cekindo. He also assists clients with accounting, tax, payroll, and national welfare insurance compliance.

Daris has more than 10 years of experience in accounting & finance. Previously, he was a Cost Accounting Coordinator at a manufacturing company and Branch Manager at a renowned Indonesian medicine company. He studied Accounting and Tax Education with a specialization in Accounting Computerization, is a holder of the Brevet Certificate in Tax Consulting, and received a Competent Accountant Certification.

Edy Tarlesno

Edy is the Legal and Delivery Manager at Cekindo. He focuses on internal and external legal compliance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. During his career, he specialized in bankruptcy and insolvency at a law firm and also led a prominent social foundation in Indonesia.

Edy received his Master’s degree in International Business Law from McGill University in Canada, specializing in Indonesian oil and gas law. He is a sworn advocate at the Indonesian Bar Association, a licensed mediator from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, a Certified Legal Auditor from the Indonesian Legal Auditor Association, and a Certified Legal Translator from the University of Indonesia.

Pandu Biasramadhan

Pandu is the Consulting Manager at Cekindo. He has extensive experience in working with government agencies. Notably, he has provided market-entry solutions for enterprises in Indonesia and managed regional partnership channels in Southeast Asia.

At Cekindo, Pandu aspires to lead the consulting team to provide top-quality market-entry services and maintain a portfolio of global clientele. His specialty is market-entry advisory and business process outsourcing.

Pandu is the Consulting Manager at Cekindo. He has extensive experience in working with government agencies. Notably, he has provided market-entry solutions for enterprises in Indonesia and managed regional partnership channels in Southeast Asia.

Engkin Nursita

Engkin is Cekindo’s Human Resources Manager, dedicated to building a dedicated internal human resources team. He is also responsible for delivering HR outsourcing services in Indonesia due to his expertise in cost efficiency, process improvement, and company policy formulation.

Before Cekindo, he was an HR Business Partner at a global MNC logistics company in Indonesia where he supported the HR integration of two leading entities after acquisition. Engkin graduated from the Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto, majoring in psychology.

David Susandi

David is the designated leader at Cekindo’s Bali office as a Branch Manager. He has over 11 years of experience in various roles including project manager, operational manager, and corporate strategist.

David has been on the board of many entrepreneurial organizations. He is a member of HIPMI (Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia), BPD Bali, and the President of JCI (Junior Chamber International) Badung, Bali in 2019. He holds a diploma in Russian Culture Studies from the University of Padjadjaran, Bandung.

Teddy Willy

Leading Cekindo’s Semarang Office as the Branch Manager, Teddy provides consultations from various perspectives in fields such as manufacturing, trading, and distribution to clients who want to establish companies in Indonesia, particularly Semarang.

With 10 years of experience in multinational, national, and local companies, Teddy is familiar with financial and production auditing, sales and marketing, channels and distribution, supply chain management, and human resources. He received a degree in Management from Universitas Brawijaya in Malang.

As Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of InCorp Global, Atin leads the group across Southeast Asia. He has over 18 years of experience in corporate structuring, business expansion, financial advisory, and customer relationship management (CRM).

Before setting up InCorp, he was the Country Head of HSBC’s International Subsidiaries Banking division. In 2015 he formed InCorp, establishing a leading regional presence across Southeast Asia that continues to grow.

She has 20 years of experience in assurance, risk management and compliance, corporate finance and advisory, financial reporting, treasury management, and portfolio investment management.

He has 20 years of experience in public service and is an expert in compliance and enforcement work across various legislations.

As Chief Business Development Officer, Eric provides consultancy to local and foreign entities on the ideal market-entry strategies for setting up or expanding operations in Southeast Asia. He also provides advisory to fund managers and family offices on structuring as well as applicable tax incentives.
